Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair work on commercial gas systems across a variety of premises.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and industry standards.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 9/10 weeks).
Travel to job sites across London (70%) and the M25 area (30%).
Day-to-Day
Travel to various job sites to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
Work on a range of systems, including those in cinemas, gyms, AHUs, residential properties, district heating systems and more.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Time-served Commercial Gas Engineer with valid and up-to-date gas tickets.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial gas systems.
Reliable and committed to long-term employment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving license.
